By placing an order with Golden Spirit Crafts, you are making an offer to purchase custom-made goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Once an order for a custom product is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all details of your customization request carefully before submitting your order.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details provided, including spelling, dates, grammar, and design selection. We will engrave or embroider exactly what is submitted.

Design Proofs: If a digital proof is provided for approval, you must review it carefully. Approval of the proof constitutes final acceptance of the design, including any errors that may have been overlooked.

Variations: Due to the nature of natural materials (wood, leather) and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, grain, and placement may occur. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics of handmade items.

Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by our team, we will replace it at no cost to you. You must report such issues within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Typos or spelling errors made by the customer.
• Slight color variations from screen to physical product.
• Delays in shipping carrier transit times.
• Change of mind after production has started.

By submitting a design or logo for custom orders, you warrant that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Spirit Crafts harmless from any claims of copyright or trademark infringement arising from the use of designs you provide.

Golden Spirit Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
